Vindico orchestrates successful openings for shopping centre developers.

Since 2002 we have worked with shopping centre developers, their project teams and tenants to open almost 10,000 shops and restaurants, in over 65 properties across three continents.  Our passion and focus has always been on the development end-game: bringing brands and buildings together to deliver the customer shopping experience from opening day.

We are ready to get to work in the world's most exciting retail real estate market.

India is poised to open thousands of brands in hundreds of projects in the post-digital era. For shopping centre developers,  new customer expectations means a new margin for error in offering a complete multi-brand experience on opening day.  The opportunity for India to play a leading role in redefining the retail real estate industry is one we cannot wait to get started on.

Product, diversity, and quality are no longer the only parameters that help satisfy customers in the retail spaces, rather customer experience is the brand-new tool that helps entice new-age customers.

We have been building our own momentum in India.

Appointed by the developers of Maker Maxity Mall in Mumbai - a joint venture between The Maker Group and Reliance Industries, we provide a complete retail design and delivery solution for the project.

Our innovative activity-based service agreement has allowed our client to optimise retail delivery outcomes and expenditure around the project's dynamic leasing market and construction execution.

We like Mumbai so much, we called it home.

Paul Mathews is leading Vindico's expansion in India.

Paul's retail property career started in India then  on to the Middle East, leading multi-property operations and retail delivery teams before joining Vindico in 2013.  His role in opening Abu Dhabi's largest shopping centre, Yas Mall, set Paul on a path that has seen him successfully manage teams and clients across property classes, asset types and markets.

As Chief Operating Officer, Paul sits over Vindico's leadership group and is responsible for developing our client and partner relationships in India.

Paul enjoys talking about how we bring certainty to shopping centre openings as much as he does about his beloved Indian cricket team.
